Each of our designs has been created by an amazing artists who are part of our community, this allows us to deliver quality original pieces. YoDigity.com is built upon respect for artists and their intellectual property rights as well as the intellectual property rights of third parties. YoDigity.com can not review each listing for intellectual property rights infringement. Therefore, we ask our artists to remember this each time they are uploading content to YoDigity.com. Artists thus are required to upload works which in no way infringe upon the copyright, of any person or third party. YoDigity.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond promptly any claim that content posted on the site infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.
If you believe in good faith that any content or products made available through YoDigity.com infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement to us at cr@yodigity.com. If a complaint is received the item listing will immediately be removed from our site and the artist will not be allow to re-upload and may be barred from using YoDigity.com as a platform for his/her art.
Shipping
Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping destination. The shipping time does not include manufacturing process and handling. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment. In order to check precise shipping cost, the chosen product must be added to the cart.
Returns
We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We come in all different shapes and sizes and while we strive to meet everyone’s needs it is nearly impossible to fit every single person. Please contact YoDigity with any issues of quality or requests for returns at sales@yodigity.com
Yodigity.com is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments with valid tracking numbers and any issues should be resolved directly with the shipping company (US Mail, UPS or DHL)
